Panem et circenses: food and fun. The Romans certainly knew how to do both - and how to do them well! With this in mind, The Friends of Ribchester Roman Museum will hold their annual 'Italian Evening' social event at the Village Hall on Saturday 14th November. Sample authentic Italian delicacies and enjoy some as well as a selection of Italian wines. The evening starts at 7:30 pm and tickets are priced at £10 per person, available from Sharon on 01254 820458. Bring your own wine. All profits will be used to support the Roman Museum.
