There remains a sum of £10-£15k still to be raised to meet the expected cost of securing a war memorial for Ribchester.

As part of fundraising activities, an evening concert of classical music, song and verse has been organised – to take place in Ribchester Village Hall on 8^th March.

- John Fitzgerald (Tenor), accompanied by David Smith

- Michael Neary ('The Bowland Bard')
