YogaNew Yoga Classes Launched

We're delighted to announce that a new weekly Yoga class will be starting in the Village Hall from 5th June.

This will be a class of moderate intensity Yoga; designed to strengthen and stretch the whole body and to still the mind. Practising Yoga can help to induce calmness and clarity, and to reduce the symptoms of stress and fatigue.

The classes will be suitable for both beginners and more experienced students and will take place on Wednesdays, 5:15pm-6:45pm. Please bring along a mat (if possible) plus a blanket for sitting and relaxation.
