Bernie Fawcett Yoga will be starting a course of Baby Yoga sessions at Ribchester Village Hall from Monday 7th November, 1:30-2:30pm.

Enjoy some quality time with your little one and take part in a parent-baby experience that is known to reduce stress, aid sleep, promote development and strengthen bonding. Don't forget, we have underfloor heating!! You also get to meet other parents in a welcoming and social setting.
